Confidentiality
Your privacy matters deeply. All conversations are strictly confidential. We do not record or share any part of your calls or messages unless legally required or in cases where safety is at risk
Safety & Duty of Care
If during a session we believe you or someone else is at risk of harm, we may need to break confidentiality and seek help through appropriate channels. This is a rare exception and always done with your safety in mind.
